The Creator enters into an exclusive agreement with the Music Publisher through a Written Contract of Economic Rights Management from the list of Song Copyrights submitted by the Author to the Music Publisher for management. The contract includes all technical matters regarding the management of the Creator's economic rights for each copyrighted work that is handed over to the Music Publisher.

Music Publisher Role:

Monitoring, collecting, receiving payments for the use of Creator''s Songs and ensuring accuracy of reporting & royalty payments for licensing that has been running.

Conducting a negotiation process with potential song users in responding to every new licensing opportunity in an increasingly rapidly developing technology era through various applications and platforms that use songs in it.
Promote the Creator & His Work to Digital Service Provider partners, performers, record labels, production houses, or potential music users.
Educate the public about Copyright on Music & Songs to the public & be proactive in building a better Copyright law to the Government for the benefit of the Creators/Heirs.
Registering copyrighted works of songwriters to LMK Copyright such as WAMI.
