Mechanism of Working Relationship Between Music Publisher and Creator
The Creator enters into an exclusive agreement with the Music Publisher through a Written Contract of Economic Rights Management from the list of Song Copyrights submitted by the Author to the Music Publisher for management. The contract includes all technical matters regarding the management of the Creator's economic rights for each copyrighted work that is handed over to the Music Publisher.
What is the role of a Music Publisher?
Music Publisher Role:
Provide License Clearance or permission to use songs to song users to publish/publish, reproduce, modify, translate songs/music works of the Creator, both physically and digitally.

Educate the public about Copyright on Music & Songs to the public & be proactive in building a better Copyright law to the Government for the benefit of the Creators/Heirs.
